[opensuse-factory] A couple of kmail 4.14.8 questions

Hi 1. Every time i use "Check Mail", i will get a "New Mail Notify" message even though nothing is found and it is always a notification of an old email and always the same one. 2. Check mail never checks mail on startup like it did before i started using Plasma 5.3 even it is configured to do so. 3.
