Only if the list manager is dumb enough to replace an existing reply-to:, and thus overrides the explicit request of the email's author.

Yes. Let's hope that Felix' aspects will lead our list dictators to a change back. If not, the lists will run into the desert because too much answers go wrong, or they will run into starvation because people start unsubscribing because they feel penetrated by double answers (list and private).
