What should I do?
"provider gdk-pixbuf-devel is conflicted by installed gtk1-compat-devel" tells you about the issue. There's a gdk-pixbuf-devel Conflicts for the gtk1-compat-devel package, while gtk1-compat-devel also requires gdk-pixbuf-devel. You should likely remove the Conflicts (I guess it was there from the time when gdk-pixbuf was part of gtk2, which isn't true anymore).
I'm kind of surprised you still use gtk1-compat, though...
Now this conflict happens in all openSUSE releases, from 11.4 to Factory. A few days before all worked well and the package built without an error.
