Not using SlowRoll, but I seem to recall running into this a while back with TW.
I believe the issue was that ImageMagick-config-7-SUSE was using symlinks and that was causing the issue because the pkg needed to be removed first.
I manually removed it 'zypper rm ImageMagick-config-7-SUSE' and then zypper dup worked without issue.
FWIW, that pkg no longer exists in TW.
Thank you. I also removed ImageMagic 7.1.1.26-1.5. Then I had to (re)install ImageMagic 7.1.1.32-1.1 and -Extra. By the way, zypper dup finished clean after that.
