[opensuse-factory] Editable location bar in dolphin

Hi! Any reason why KDE4 on openSUSE 11.1 has an editable location bar in dolphin instead of the upstream default drop-down menu location-bar? The upstream default seems more convenient to me and it is just an option away in dolphin settings, but I am very interested in knowing why the editable one is the default.
