this already hits an error:
# rcapache2 restart Module "authz_default" is not installed, ignoring. Check the APACHE_MODULES setting in /etc/sysconfig/apache2. AH00526: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/uid.conf: Invalid command 'User', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
googling for this error message found https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/upgrading.html which hinted that this helps a2enmod unixd a2enmod access_compat
Sounds like https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=813705 ;-) Please remember to remove the a2enmod unixd / access_compat commands from qa_lamp.sh once this bug is fixed.
