And, now my reply:
From: Joe 'Zonker' Brockmeier <jzb@zonker.net> After receiving a great deal of feedback on the issue of KDE 3.5 inclusion in openSUSE 11.1, the KDE team has decided to take the following course of action. * KDE 3.5 will be part of the DVD media for openSUSE 11.1, though we may need to slim the package selection for 3.5 sightly.
I find that acceptable and say thanx.
Yeah, it seems fair enough. By the time 11.1 is out - say april - I'd expect many of the issues to be resolved. For those who want to contribute KDE3 patches or "backport" KDE3 apps to KDE4 (if that is possible - I don't know jack about C/C++) then they'll have plenty of time. -- kai www.filesite.org || www.4thedadz.com || www.perfectreign.com remember - a turn signal is a statement, not a request --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
