Hi all,
I just found out that after updating Factory packages yesterday, my system wouldn't boot. Thankfully I have a copy of the system on my second harddisk and by rewriting the "root" line in GRUB I could boot with the initrd from a day before.
The error seems to be in /lib/mkinitrd/scripts/setup-prepare.sh and the thread in http://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php?p=2442622 tells the details.
We should care that a bug is filed
bnc# 747322
and a fix submitted,
