I kind of dug around and all that I found was 10.2 in CD or DVD
There seems to be bittorrent distribution of 10.3 Beta 1. I managed to download NonOSS and Language Add-On images. When I tried to download the DVD, it took about a day to download 3.6 GB of the 4.01 GB. Then the download stopped. I tried on another machine, but KTorrent says that download will take 587 days. I bet
I just did it yesterday, and it took about 2 hours.
