3ware init scripts, HP proliant support pack scripts. There is plenty. Having said that, sofar I have not seen any compatibility issues except the learning curve in writing ones own systemd modules (or whatever they're called).
I prefer things to work directly, not me to have to do their work. Worse, systemD in openSUSE is still not documented:
