[opensuse-factory] New packages dog, myxer and treefetch for Factory

Hi! I am announcing three new packages for Factory: - dog, a command-line DNS client, made by the same author of exa. It's currently maintained in network:utilities. https://github.com/ogham/dog - myxer, a modern Volume Mixer for PulseAudio.
