Hi,
is there any reason why we use libcdio git snapshot in 12.2? For Factory it's totally fine but for 12.2 RC1 (almost RC2)? The newer version have changed api and some external pacakges may be broken...
OK, the api changed..what packages get broken ? was the library SONAME increased ?
There are not so many packages depending on cdio: $ osc whatdependson openSUSE:Factory libcdio standard i586 libcdio : bundle-lang-gnome-extras cdio-utils clementine gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly libcddb-utils libcdio-paranoia pragha qmmp vcdimager xine-lib xmms2 (and that includes indirect dependencies) That's the only reason this list didn't listen about this before. I fixed qmmp (it's still broken in Packman -> https://bugs.links2linux.org/browse/PM-18). seife fixed gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly. gmerlin also broke (my home repo and Packman, it still needs to be fixed in Packman)... The change happen some time ago, I guess what needed to be fixed is already fixed (Packman is different since it's undermaintained and quite chaotic). -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
