VirtualBox on Leap 15.6 not building

There is an important fix for VirtualBox on Leap 15.6 waiting at OBS. It is blocked by kbuild, gsoap-devel, and libgsoap. Package kbuild is blocked by package byacc. Package byacc has been successfully built for x86_64 and ppc64le, but is in the "scheduled" state for aarch64 and s390x. I have seen it in this state for over 24 hours. Is there an explanation for these architectures to be scheduled, but not run? Thanks, Larry
