stalled Github merge request

Hello, there is opened merge request https://github.com/openSUSE/plasma-opensuse/pull/12 to fix bug https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1134234 which is opened more than half year without any reaction. When I tried to ask for status, original developer tagged one of KDE maintainers, but it is 4 weeks without any response since then. I tried to write directly email to maintainer, but that was again without any reaction. What to do now? How can be the MR pushed to resolve? Thank you, Daniel
