Hi
I'm now left with no video after this snapshot. I was using nouveau. I can't even install nvidia driver, it crashes and burns during install.
I did have one login (out of 4) working at one stage after the download and in the display settings of systemsettings5 it was set to use Xrender (not sure how as i thought all my logins were using opengl3.1), i stupidly changed it to OpenGL3.1 and that was the last time it worked. Now i'm completely up the creek without a paddle.
Anyone know how to manually change this configuration back to xrender?
regards
Ian
Hey,
set Backend=XRender in ~/.config/kwinrc
Greetings, Fabian Thanks Fabian. I also applied Cor Blom's solution and that seem to restore everything
