Hi: Currently, some bots are mass refusing submit requests due to missing tarballs in the Source field of the spec file. With all due respect, this is non-sense, specially since machine made resolutions cannot be successfully challenged, reopening the request causes the same damned bot to decline the request for the same reason, over and over again. Try for example getting reliable tarballs from kernel.org..since the intrusion on their systems they are sometimes there, sometimes not. Also it considers FTP connection failures as a packaging bug ! even changing the Source line causes the same declined request, as do omitting the url and just using %{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2. I understand that the purpose of the check is to verify the authenticity of the file, however failing servers or under-recovery sites are none of our business.
