Patch1 was not applied prior to you SR. After the SR it is. Nothing in the changes file discusses that patch.

But the error report did not reference Patch1, but referenced Patch0 (pypy-opencc-1_0_2-build.patch). Patch1 was referenced in the changes file before as well.
You made a typo in the filename.
"pyzy-opencc..." in .changes | "pypy-opencc..." in .spec
