Same here. Completely broken KDE session with black screens, flashing of windows, both Wayland and X11. Downgrading Mesa to 24.0 semi worked as I'm forced to use X11, Wayland remains broken. As that brought other issues forward I booted a snapshot from before the upgrade.
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240613 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0 Qt Version: 6.7.1 Kernel Version: 6.9.3-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics Memory: 30.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics
I did not only downgrade to Mesa 24.1.0 (not 24.0!) , before that I did remove packman repos, did a zypper dup --allow-vendor-change and removed the .cache directory. Then a reboot, the Mesa install/downgrade and after another reboot I had mouse cursor and readable windows and popups again. No more errors in KDE/Plasma since then.
