Ah, right. But it's also something to think about, given vast majority of today's notebooks has no serial ports and vast majority of consumer desktops has them only as motherboard headers (so that you need to buy an extra bracket to actually use them). But I'm afraid having the driver as a module would harm debugging boot issues using serial console so it will be probably safer to keep "Y" here.
