Unfortunately the LKML post does not mention a bugzilla entry. This has been reported as https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60341. First patch from August 2013 for kernel 3.10.9. Final fix on 2013-10-14 for "3.11+ and 3.10.11". The last time I experienced this crash with opensuse factory was with a 3.11.1 kernel several weeks ago.
