I have a panel (task bars) at the bottom of each screen, with the concept of sharing space with different widgets and tasks that are not shown currently on screen. If I have two tasks that have been inactive that I want to have displayed and make changes with, I click on one, it comes up on a screen. Clicking the other task will bring it up on the other screen, and put the first back into the panel. The only way I can get both active is to shut one down, bring up the other, and then start the shut down one again. Then I have no control over which screen it uses until it's up and I can then slide it over. This was not a problem with any openSUSE version unit KDE 5 with Plasma (6?). Other than a few problems like this, it works well, and has been a good job by all of the openSUSE and KDE programmers and contributors.
