Fellow Haskell & Tumbleweed Hackers, we currently have somewhat limited support for Haskell in Tumbleweed. We package all tools required to set up a proper development environment (ghc, cabal-install) plus some important must-have applications written in Haskell (xmonad, pandoc, ShellCheck), but nothing beyond that. However, Ondrej and I would like significantly extend our support for the language. First of all, we'll add more popular tools such as hledger, git-annex, and their dependencies. To accomplish that, we've set up a weekly hacking session in which we'll work on our development project [1]. These sessions take place every Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00 CEST and we'll stream them live on Twitch at: https://www.twitch.tv/peti343 We would like to invite everyone with an interest in Haskell to join the stream's live chat on Twitch and to hang out with us. You are particularly welcome to participate with suggestions, questions, or packaging requests.
