You can also complain with the bank.
Oh, I did. They closed the issue when they found out that chrome works. And Iexplorer too. That's all that matters. There are worst issues, like having to wait two hours to do a withdrawal. I'm also "satisfied" if I can work in Linux, even if I have to use proprietary software. I prefer open, but I'm open about that.
However, a nice and fun mayhem is expectable when adobe's flash looses support. Alternatives work some of the time, more recently than before, but they're still spotty, and when they fail, it's usually when you have no choice (ie: corporate sites and stuff that matters, not a video that won't play, not that that doesn't matter just as well).
That's the issue.
This will probably kill flash. Or rather, it will be the coup de grace.
About acroread, I've never needed it ever since evince and all the others. They do a really good job. In fact, OSS's write capabilities far outmatch any commercial tool. Is there any kind of document OS alternatives don't handle well?
Tax forms. There was a long thread in the forums... let me see... this one: http://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php?t=487656 PDF Document XFA forms are unsupported! The form has buttons, and these do not work except in acroread. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 12.3 x86_64 "Dartmouth" at Telcontar)
