We still do not have a functioning and well documented "Python Module Pythons" providing a reasonably complete stack for Python 3.11 for SLE15. Until that happens, users will keep on trying random selections of obs project repositories to get more recent python packages into 15.X.
An initial batch of modules has finally been released in leap and the python 3 module. Greetings, Dirk
