You and the author of that page forget one thing. Its impossible to set a reply to if the list adds one.
Only if the list manager is dumb enough to replace an existing reply-to:, and thus overrides the explicit request of the email's author. I fear those who anally bash standards which don't discuss the problem, let alone address it, and those who try to address a common problem will never come to an agreement.
