[opensuse-factory] Adding new packages to Contrib

Hi, I tried to describe a process of adding packages to the Contrib repo: http://en.opensuse.org/Contrib/Adding_new_packages . Note that this is just a proposal, if you think that something is missing, or that something is a plain stupid requirement, just say so :). I just thought it's time to have something more specific.
