Exactly what the bug and the commit say.
The bug is quiet to non-Suse employees :) It's secret
Was originally intended for our Enterprise Desktop. There is not much in it, but I opened it now.
Adobe dropped support for acroread we provide so we had to drop it as there won't be any further security fixes. And they are quite prone for sec-holes as we all know.
Nothing more, nothing less.
But I'm sure that paraphrases the content of the bug :)
