Ctrl-b is now a global shortcut to add bookmarks. Remove the global shortcut under "Standard Shortcuts" or use Ctrl+Shift-b instead. Thanks. I removed the shortcut in systemsettings5 and Ctrl-b in "tmux" and Emacs works again.
