[opensuse-factory] Why rsyslog is installed by default on Leap 15.0?

Hi,

I'm curious: Why rsyslog is installed by default on Leap 15.0?

I would install it anyway, but I'm curious why the systemd journal is not 
installed alone as before. Why the change of mind?
