virtualbox-host-source-5.1.22-1.1 cannot be built on Linux kernel 4.12 (was: Re: [opensuse-factory] Leap 42.3 Build 0308 released!)

While this update is a great step forward, one thing is missing, though, when comparing this with what's available in Leap-42.2; the latest update there added support for the new Linux kernel 4.12.
