Nobody ever promised this. Wrong!
Sigh. I will not repeat myself.
In September 2009, SuSe promised to treat cdrtools no worse than cdrkit and to give the users of SuSE the ability to decide what to use.
/usr/bin/wodim comes without root-s-bit. If you want to have that status, say so. I understand you ask for more than same status. Kernel changes and such... You can help users to decide by promoting both of these links on your website: http://software.opensuse.org/download/package.iframe?project=multimedia:apps&package=cdrtools http://software.opensuse.org/download/package.iframe?project=multimedia:apps&package=wodim cheers, JW- -- o \ Juergen Weigert paint it green! __/ _=======.=======_ <V> | jw@suse.de back to ascii! __/ _---|____________\/ \ | 0911 74053-508 say #263A!__/ (____/ /\ (/) | _____________________________/ _/ \_ vim:set sw=2 wm=8 SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Jeff Hawn, J.Guild, F.Imendoerffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg), Maxfeldstrasse 5, 90409 Nuernberg, Germany SuSE.
