you should try to mount TW's root file system and remove "./etc/init.d/boot.d/*boot.apparmor". FWIW, I got the idea from another thread in this list "Apparmor fails to start on boot in Tumbleweed".

@Werner: I'm not sure if this will help with your problems, but it looks like you might want to try this out.
