Well, I've downloaded the openSUSE 11 Beta 1 Gnome Live CD i386. But unhappily, another a broken installation attempt. At the boot: prompt I just entered return The first I noticed was that there was no boot splash screen, just text messages rolling over the display during boot, but at last I was presented the graphical Gnome desktop. Started the Install icon, which after a while broke the installation attempt with the following error messages:

(y2base:3754): Pango-CRITICAL **: pango_layout_get_spacing: assertion `layout != NULL' failed The program 'y2base' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'. (Details: serial 6339 error_code 11 request_code 53 minor_code 0) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) My question is: Is it possible to start the normal yast installation at boot prompt, without booting the Live mode first? If, not other options and commands to install?
