I gave up trying to update an old tumbleweed - it would not work - so I downloaded the ISO and installed it.

Most things worked perfectly but

in /etc/ssh - there was no /etc/ssh/ssh_confg and no /etc/ssh/sshd_config for me to change so I copied them from my tunbleweed vm.
