[opensuse-factory] debuginfo packages and debug repo?

Greetings! I tried getting debuginfo / debug packages for some packages that have been updated. The http://download.opensuse.org/debug/update/leap/42.1/oss/ hierarchy appears to point to the *non* debug packages.
