Missing from where? The repo is currently being rebuilt due to changes in the Update channel, give it a chance to catch up and finish.
The kernel-source has appeared now, thanks a bunch.
Also, there hasn't been any tumbleweed changes in over a week, so any recent problems are buildsystem issues, not something I've changed :)
