On two installs, one of the two gets ibus installed and activated. What for? AFAIK, the Spanish keyboard does not need that.
It's not in the patterns so some package must have grown a dependency on it.
So I assume I can remove it safely? Removing ibus wants to remove as well ibus-gtk. ibus-gtk3, ibusm17n, and ibus-qt. Besides those, no complains.
This is the result of Recommends:. You can remove it without zypper or rpm saying anything, and as a result, you don't know squat where the heck ibus was triggered from.
