[opensuse-factory] Submit yast2-alternatives to factory

Hello, I am a Google Summer of Code student and in the last months I have been developing yast2-alternatives module, with the help of my mentors. This module allow the user to manage the update-alternatives switching easily. The code is on github: https://github.com/yast/yast-alternatives Right now the module it is fully working so we want to submit it to factory. So if nobody oppose, we will add it to factory in few days.
