That's interesting. Is this Jira a yet another private issue tracker? Can I see the issue?
And what is more weird, this change adds nothing, but a line in changelog: https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/openSUSE:Factory/Mesa?linkrev=base&rev=415
That's just a dummy SLE Changelog entry, as SP4 (and thus Leap 15.4) get some major overhaul in package versions (like full GNOME stack update, X update, Mesa). As the maintainer managed to sync up everything to 'just yuse the Mesa package from Tumbleweed again', the request fulfillment number needed to be part of the changelog. Cheers, Dominique
