That's totally up to you, but bugowner of the package is Jochen and he decided to prefer SLE12 - and then didn't submit it ;(
ok, this shows another example why the process was probably a bit too optimistic. If Leap would have got just all packages from SLE and afterwards manual and intentioned updates to the Factory variant we wouldn't be in that situation. Now because examples like this we might are a bit in trouble when it comes to completeness of Leap. It just doesn't work to rely on every single maintainer. This can break because of so many reasons.
