[opensuse-factory] Enabling CONFIG_BPF_KPROBE_OVERRIDE in tumbleweed

Hi, lately I've been using this BPF feature to override the return value on some memory allocations. It's very powerful, FYI see bcc's inject tool[1]. Sadly it isn't enabled in tumbleweed nor trough the debug configuration. So I was wondering if anyone had an opinion/objects enabling it by default or at least in the debug configuration.
