A warning message.. coming from maybe_warn_about_dependency() functions telling you that systemd resolved a dependency problem. unless there is a problem in your system..no action is required.
It is a fresh install of Leap 15.0, so perhaps there is some systemd file that should be changed. :-?
what does systemctl show nss-lookup.target -p Before -p After shows in your system.. ?
