Review the openSUSE/fonts-config Github

Hi, I have no idea who is in charge of the openSUSE/fonts-config Github repo so I would like to ask for whoever is in charge to review my PR (and other uncommented PRs) in the repo. https://github.com/openSUSE/fonts-config/pull/23 This PR is important as it adds Noto CJK HK to the fonts config, without which, the zh-hk and zh-mo locales would still default to Noto CJK TC.
