True, but it would be even better if any plugins were available for it. The total lack of shell plugins makes it useless on FACTORY :-(
You mean the ones on http://extensions.gnome.org? I guess most shell plugin devs are just careful in setting what version is supported, and as 3.4 is not out yet, only a handful of them are doing tests already. Once 3.4 is out there is surely going to be a boost with them again. It might also be worthy to get in touch with the authors of the plugins you're really interested in and offer help.
