Someone might expect that samba-devel installs *all* development objects of samba. Since that no longer is the case (they are now in libxxxxxxxx-devel), a rename seemed useful.
There is still a samba-devel? Otherwise this will create a neat bomb of useless work ;(
Well, with my SR, samba-devel is gone. There is however still a set of totally random .h files used by everything, and they have been put into samba-core-devel.
Still you break every package relying on samba and as such it's a nogo?
Nothing depended on samba-devel in the first place, because that was just introduced two weeks ago.
Ah right, the old package is libsmbclient-devel - then we should be fine. Greetings, Stephan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
