Hello,
I received the kernel update. Still no console.
Will there be an updated set of packages for the nVidia driver?
The nvidia driver update, which enables linux console again is already triggered, but hasn't landed yet in nvidia's repositories. I hope this to happen in the next days or even hours.
.. which indeed meanwhile happened.
But I don't know when the kernel update will be released which disables again simpledrm. You need both. Looks like it's not included yet in 5.16.10 from TW 20220219.
I was proven wrong. This kernel already includes the disablement of simpledrm.

I was grepping for "simpledrm" in the changelog. :-(
So things should be working again with updated nVidia packages an kernel update from at least TW 20220219. We already got positive feedback for this.
