For the forums, which currently get a new thread for every tumbleweed snapshot release, we use rss polling, with the following url: https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/factory@lists.opensuse.org/feed/?subject=^New%20Tumbleweed%20snapshot&threads=true&limit=3 The feed queries I added to the mailing list feeds are pretty powerful, so feel free to adjust to what you want to receive in the feed (Malcolm added Dimstar's reviews of the week to the roster on the forums for instance with a similar query).
