I will participate doing package review/cleanup, however we are far away from that atm
we need to have
a) a package list http://en.opensuse.org/Contrib/packages
b) a set of mantainers At first, reviwers will be maintainers for the few packages, that they have personal interest in.
c) a set of clear policies for this specific repository http://en.opensuse.org/Contrib
d) a timeframe to get things done, this cannot take forever. I would like to have at least 2 packages in contrib by the time of openSUSE 11.1 BETA1 release. (~1 month)

But both should know the basics of OBS and RPM construction. Commitment to the job - it does matters.
