Heads up: no more ~/bin in $PATH

Hi all, after my latest update including reboot of Tumbleweed on june 18th (last reboot was on june 2nd), there is no more ${HOME}/bin in my PATH. It still is in there for root, so it might be related to my custom .bashrc extensions.
