[opensuse-factory] ekd and OBS

Hello, I'm in relation with the author of EKD (http://ekd.tuxfamily.org/index.php/Main/AccueilEnglish) - we are both french and videographers. I can't find it on OBS is it somewhere? if not I can package it. I have no packager experience, but there is already a rpm available on the author web site and the program is python, so this should not be too difficult. this programm needs ffmpeg2theora that I don't find. I may be able to package it also. is there any where a home for this program?
